Fairy Tail Movie: The Maiden of the Phoenix Trailer HD

The film revolves around a mysterious girl named Éclair who appears before Fairy Tail, the world's most notorious wizard's guild. She lost all of her memories, except for the imperative that she must deliver two Hōōseki (Phoenix Stones) somewhere. The stones may spell the collapse of the magical world, and Natsu, Lucy, and the rest of the Fairy Tail guild are caught up in the intrigue.

Hiro Mashima, the creator of the original Fairy Tail manga, is in charge of story planning and visual design for the film's all-new plot, and he is also drafting the guest character designs and image concept art. Masaya Fujimori (You Are Umasou) is directing, and Masashi Sogo (Fairy Tail, Bleach, Rurouni Kenshin) wrote the screenplay.

The Fairy Tail film will open on August 18 in Japan. Ticket sales have already begun, and advance tickets come with "Hajimari no Asa" (The First Morning), a 30-page limited-edition special comic prologue penned by Mashima.

Recent Manga Chapter [Chapter 279: ] The Door Hidden in the Darkness

The Door Hidden in the Darkness is the 279th chapter of Hiro Mashima's Fairy Tail.

With Elfman badly injured, Wendy takes his place as a member of Team Fairy Tail A. Meanwhile, Mirajane is matched against Jenny Realight, a former colleague, and the two begin a swimsuit showdown with their Transformation Magic. However, Mirajane ends up the victor as she uses Satan Soul: Sitri to defeat the Blue Pegasus Mage. Meanwhile, Arcadios meets with Datong and reveals that the Eclipse plan is complete and is only waiting for Lucy. 

Summary

After his battle with Bacchus, a seriously injured Elfman is brought by the members of his team to Porlyusica. Erza, Lucy, Gray and Natsu keep praising Elfman but Elfman tells them to stop. He also tells Wendy to take his place. Porlyusica then tells the group to leave as the next match is about to begin. The group leaves, leaving the members of the Thunder God Tribe to guard him. As the group walks towards the arena, they discuss the actions of Raven Tail who have tried and failed to kidnap Lucy. Erza tells the group that they should stay vigilant and not wander around alone. 


The group then arrives at the arena and sees that Mirajane is matched with Jenny Realight from Blue Pegasus. However, instead of an ordinary battle, the two Mages are having a swimsuit contest, due to both being models for Sorcerer Magazine. The two then continue to use their Transformation Magic to change swimsuits but neither side is willing to give in, prompting Chapati to say that the next set will be the last. Thinking that her victory is assured, Jenny makes a bet with Mirajane: the loser will have to appear nude in the next sorcerer magazine. Mirajane agrees and Jenny smirks, thinking that the judges will be forced to give her a higher score since they would want Mirajane to appear nude in the magazine, having not aged in the last seven years.

Jenny then transforms into her "battle form". Seeing this, Mirajane begins to transform, saying that they should finish the battle with a "clash of strength". Mirajane then emerges in her Satan Soul: Sitri form which, according to Erza, is the strongest Satan Soul. Mirajane then charges at Jenny, defeating her and earning her team ten points. Forced to follow the deal, the defeated Jenny begins to cry. 

Elsewhere, Arcadios is approached by Datong, the minister of defense. Datong asks Arcadios the reason behind him wanting to kidnap Lucy. Arcadios tells him that he wanted to try a test run as he had already completed Eclipse. Arcadios then leaves, saying that he cannot be stopped. Datong asks him if he's a demon but Arcadios says that for the sake of his king and country, a man can be a demon or a god. Arcadios also says that the price of Lucy's life is cheap if it can open the gate way to changing the world.

Recent Manga Chapter [Chapter 278: Elfman vs Bacchus]

 Elfman vs. Bacchus is the 278th chapter of Hiro Mashima's Fairy Tail.


While Natsu catches up to the ones who kidnapped Wendy and the others, Elfman is having trouble in his battle with Bacchus, being unable to land a hit on him. However, Bacchus later falls due to exhaustion, unable to keep attacking Elfman's defensive take over, Beast Soul: Lizardman. Meanwhile, Arcadios is angered that his plan to capture Lucy has failed, revealing himself to be the one who sent the kidnappers.

Summary
Natsu, using his nose, is able to track down Wendy and the others and see them being carried by three masked men. A fourth man tells his comrades to go while he takes care of Natsu. However, Natsu easily defeats him and races towards the others who debate on whether to leave Porlyusica and Carla while they escape with Wendy. However, before they can decide, Natsu catches up to them and causes an explosion. 


Meanwhile, Elfman is having trouble in his battle with Bacchus as he is unable to land a hit on the Quatro Cerberus Mage. Still, Elfman charges at him with his Beast Soul: Weretiger, a speed type of Take Over. However, Bacchus is able to dodge all of his attacks. He then proceeds to attack Elfman while Erza tells her teammates about Bacchus' Magic, a Magic that focuses his energy on his palms which, combined with his martial arts, makes him a powerful opponent. Erza also notes that Bacchus isn't being serious as he had not even had a drink yet. Bacchus attacks Elfman once more and Elfman reverts to his original form. However, Elfman doesn't give up and tells Bacchus that, if he wins, Quatro Cerberus will change their name to Quatro Puppy for the rest of the tournament. Bacchus agrees and drinks his alcohol from his gourd, saying that he will finish the fight now.

Once finished drinking, Bacchus crouches into a stance while Elfman proceeds to use his Magic. Bacchus then attacks with incredible speed, landing seven hits in an instant. However, he discovers that Elfman had transformed into his Beast Soul: Lizardman, covering his body with sharp scales that damaged Bacchus' palms. Elfman then taunts Bacchus and Bacchus charges at him. Bacchus continues to attack him while Elfman endures his attacks. After some time, the two stops, exhausted. Bacchus then collapses, giving Elfman the victory and ten points for Fairy Tail. 

Meanwhile, Natsu, Wendy and the others, after handing the kidnappers to the guards, arrive at the arena. Whilst happy that Elfman won, the group realizes that the kidnappers, who said that they were from Raven Tail, were after Lucy. Elsewhere, Arcadios is informed about the failed plan to kidnap Lucy and tells the guard that they will proceed to plan B. He then tells him that they will use the discord between Fairy Tail and Raven Tail to capture Lucy for the Eclipse Plan.

Uncategorized Spells

Spells that haven't been categorized in any specific type of Magic.

Abyss Break (煉獄砕破 Abisu Bureiku)	A spell in which the user combines the four elemental Magics: fire, earth, air, and water; the Caster releases a dark blast. This spell is considered very dangerous as it is forbidden to be used.
Bind Snake (拘束の蛇, Kōsoku no Hebi)	A Magic that allows the user to bind an opponent by producing Magic that appears in the form of a snake tattoo. The snake winds its way around the target's body, tightening and restricting movement.
Changeling (低能 (チェンジリング) Teinō (Chenjuringu))	A spell that switches minds and bodies after reading the incantation.
Fairy Glitter (フェアリーグリッター, Fearī Gurittā)	A spell that is one of the three Great Magics of the Fairy Tail Guild. It is an exceedingly complex and unfathomable intricate spell that collects and concentrates the light of the sun, the moon and the stars.
Fairy Law (フェアリーロウ, Fearī Rō)	A spell that targets everything within at least a mile of the Caster and causes massive damage to people the Caster considers enemies that are in the area of whatever the light touches. It has also been shown to somewhat heal allies.
Fairy Sphere (フェアリースフィア, Fearī Sufia)	A spell that is one of the three Great Magics of the Fairy Tail Guild. When used, it converts Fairy Tail member's bonds and faith into an ultimate defense sphere. However, everyone inside is put in a frozen state in which they cannot age.
Grimoire Law (グリモアロウ, Gurimoa Rō)	A spell that appears to be an evil form of Fairy Law. It is said that if used against Fairy Law it would bring horrible destruction.
Ground Shattering Wave	An unnamed spell used by Mystogan through some unknown means.
Ice Blade: Seven Slice Dance (氷 刃・七連舞, Hyōjin : Nanarenbu)	A spell that allows the user to create a sword of ice, and rapidly slash his enemy seven times.
Iced Shell (アイスドシェル, Aisu Sheru)	A spell in which the user can turn their body into ice for sealing purposes. The ice is so powerful, not even fire can melt it. The ice has been noted as a 'living thing' as Ultear's Arc Of Time Magic could not affect it. (Forbidden)
Magic Sword	A spell that allows the user to summon a sword out of thin air.
Moon Drip (月の滴 (ムーンュー・ドリップ), Tsuki no Shizuku (Mūnū Dorippu))	A spell that allows the user to deactivate every possible spell. It requires the light of the moon, to act.
Self-Destruction Spell (自滅魔法陣, Jimetsu Mahōjin)	A spell that is extremely complex and can destroy the target that the user has set. Without knowledge of its cancellation code, it cannot be dispelled.
Unison Raid (合体魔法 ユニゾンレイド Yunizon Reido)	A spell that allows the user to conjoin their Magic for attacking.
Urano Metria (ウラノ・メトリア, Urano Meteoria)	A spell that once the Caster recites the incantation, several orbs of light gather around the location of the target(s). The lights would then converge, with tremendous force upon the target(s), enough to leave their clothes in tatters.

Lost Magic

Lost Magic is a form of Magic that has long been forgotten and is very rare. Knowing a Lost Magic brings one closer to the "source of Magic".

Fire Dragon Slayer Magic (火の滅竜魔法, Ka no Metsuryū Mahō)	A form of Magic where the user's body becomes like that of a fire dragon, allowing them to create, eat, and be invulnerable to fire
Iron Dragon Slayer Magic (鉄の滅竜魔法, Tetsu no Metsuryū Mahō)	A form of Magic where the user's body becomes like that of an iron dragon, allowing them to create, eat, and be invulnerable to iron.
Sky Dragon Slayer Magic (天の滅竜魔法, Ten no Metsuryū Mahō)	A form of Magic where the user's body becomes like that of a sky dragon, allowing them to create, eat, and be invulnerable to air. They also have the ability to heal or others, or give support in battle.
Lightning Dragon Slayer Magic (雷の滅竜魔法, Rai no Metsuryū Mahō)	A form of Magic where the user's body becomes like that of a lightning dragon, allowing them to create, eat, and be invulnerable to lightning.
Poison Dragon Slayer Magic (毒の滅竜魔法, Doku no Metsuryū Mahō)	A form of Magic where the user's body becomes like that of a poison dragon, allowing them to create, eat, and be invulnerable to poison.
God Slayer (滅神魔導士, Metsujin Madoshi)	Little has been revealed but the main principle seems to be the creation, ability to eat, and invulnerability to various things. It is similar to Dragon Slayer.
Flame God Slayer (火炎の滅神魔導士, Kaen no Metsujin Madoshi)	A Magic in which the user's body becomes like that of a flame god, allowing them to create, eat and be invulnerable to fire, including dragon's fire.
Great Tree Arc (大樹のアーク, Taiju No Āku)	A Magic in which the user fights by using trees to for various purposes including creating explosions.
Human Subordination (人間隷属魔法, Ningen Reizoku Mahō)	A type of Magic in which the user can temporarily weaken the physical and Magical abilities of humans around the Caster. The user can also summon/release humans.
Maguilty Sense (マギルティ＝センス, Magiruti Sensu)	A form of Lost Magic that has the ability to make two or more people's senses as one. If one of the people linked with the Magic feel pain then the others will as well.
Ushi no Koku Mairi (丑の刻参り, Ushi no Koku Mairi)	A Magic in which the user utilizes a doll to manipulate, and change the proprieties of himself or his opponent.

Requip (換装, Kansō)	A Magic that allows the user to store items in pocket dimensions. Mages who use this Magic can change equipment (weapons, armor, clothes, etc.) during battle.
The Knight (騎士 (ザ・ナイト) Kishi (Za Naito))	A type of Requip Magic that allows the user to store weapons and armors in pocket dimensions and summon them during battle. The difference is that the equipments give additional attributes and power to the user which gives them great advantage.
